Gwyneth Paltrow is known for her extreme and often unusual diet regimes, one of which made recent headlines after the actress was diagnosed with osteopenia, a precursor to the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis. But now she is looking towards a future in organic farming, and that is a diet we fully support!
The star of the upcoming film Country Song revealed that, “My dream is to have land somewhere outside of Nashville and have a big organic farm outside of the city.” Currently, Paltrow splits her time between homes in New York City and London with husband Chris Martin, but says of rustic living, “I would love it.”
